Whole Lamb
Approximately 20kg of butchered, grass fed, chemical free, Australian White Lamb.
All of our lambs are born on our farm, spend their entire lives on pasture, rotating around the paddocks on our farm as part of a holistic grazing system. We use a local abattoir and local butchers for processing.
Aussie Whites are a breed developed in Australia, known for their superior flavour and tenderness. They are a self shedding breed, meaning they do not require shearing. Nor do they require tail docking or mulesing to prevent fly strike.
You will get mix of chops, cutlets, leg and shoulder roasts, shanks and mince. All the meat is vac-packed for convenience.
